Denise R. Bozue, PT, NCS, MS completed her master's degree in physical therapy from the Krannert School of Physical Therapy at the University of Indianapolis in 1997. She has focused much of her career working with individuals with neurologic conditions, such as Stroke, Brain Injury, Cerebral Palsy, Parkinson's, Spinal Cord Injury. She received the designation as a Neurologic Clinical Specialist (NCS) from the American Physical Therapy Association in 2004.
In May of 2006, she was given the opportunity to study the Katharina-Schroth method for treatment of scoliosis with Dr. Manuel Rigo and Monice Villagrasa P.T. in Barcelona, Spain. She currently practices the Katharina-Schroth method at Scoliosis Solutions. Her hands on work with the neurologic population for neuromuscular re-education compliments the focus on breathing and neuromuscular control needed for clients learning the Schroth method.
Jennifer Graham, M.P.T. received her B.S. in Exercise Physiology from the School of Medicine at West Virginia University. She continued her graduate studies at Nova Southeastern University and recieved her M.P.T. In May of 2006, she was given the opportunity to study the Katharina-Schroth method for treatment of scoliosis with Dr. Manuel Rigo and Monica Villagrasa P.T. in Barcelona, Spain. She currently practices the Katharina-Schroth method at Scoliosis Solutions. Her background in physical therapy includes employment in diverse settings including acute care, acute-rehabilitation, subacute, outpatient neurological and outpatient sports and orthopedics.
Her background in orthopedics and studies in manual therapy compliment the techniques utilized in the Schroth method of therapy.
Steve Pawelczak, CO is an ABC certified Orthotist with over 20 years of experience. Steve specializes in comprehensive scoliosis management, post-surgical trauma orthotic services in addition to geriatric adults and pediatric care.
Michael Malagari, CO, FAAOP has practiced orthotics for 20 years and in addition to his specialty of lower extremity orthotics and sports injury bracing, has treated many patients with the diagnosis of scoliosis. He works together with his business partner Luke Stikeleather, CO and their team of other orthotists and technicians for casting, fabricating, fitting and adjusting the braces for patients with scoliosis. Mike graduated from Northwestern University in 1987 to kick off his orthotic career. Mike and Luke founded Orthotic Solutions in Fairfax, VA in 1997 and have expanded to offices in Frederick, MD, Rockville, MD, and Alexandria, VA to better serve the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area.
Luke Stikeleather, CO has practiced orthotics for 20 years with an emphasis in scoliosis management. He was inducted into the Scoliosis Research Society in 2006 joining only a few orthotists among many physicians and surgeons.
Within the last few years, he has studied with Dr. Manuel Rigo from Barcelona, Spain and follows the principles of his Rigo Chenau orthosis design. He is the first orthotist trained by Dr. Rigo in the United States. Luke graduated from Northwestern University in 1987 to initiate his orthotic career. Luke and his team of skilled orthotists and technicians with Orthotic Solutions provide a very custom and professional brace and educational opportunity. Luke and his business partner, Mike Malagari, CO founded Orthotic Solutions in Fairfax, VA in 1997 and have expanded to offices in Frederick, MD, Rockville, MD, and Alexandria, VA to better serve the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area.
